Are you curious about redevelopment and jobs coming to the U.S. Department of Energy former Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS) in Pike County, Ohio?

There’s a unique opportunity to meet and learn from the developers involved in the project including Centrus Energy Corp., Trillium H2 Power, Oklo Inc., and Hecate Energy. There will also be the chance to discuss cleanup, property transfer, and other activities at the site with the U.S. Department of Energy.

Two Community Open Houses are coming up, sponsored by the Southern Ohio Diversification Initiative and Ohio University’s PORTSfuture Program. The events are free and open to the public. Feel free to attend either or both. There will be prizes and free food! We hope to see you there.

The Chillicothe Paints, presented by CohenOrthopedic, are excited to announce the promotions schedule for the upcoming season. After two games on the road to start the season, the Paints open the home portion of their schedule Thursday, May 29, at 7:05 p.m. It's Opening Night by 100.9 Hank FM. During the game, select draft beer will be just $2 for Thirsty Thursday and the opening of the new season is celebrated with a Fireworks Extravaganza after the game.
